Net-neutrality statement
We are dedicated to providing and defending a private, unbiased Internet experience for all of our subscribers.Monkeybrains treats all bandwidth on its network equally and does not give preferential treatment to any traffic based on the type, origin, or destination. Moreover, we do not inspect the traffic and believe all users on our network are entitled to a private and anonymous interaction with the Internet.
An open Internet fosters innovation, learning, economic growth, and equality. Throughout our network, Monkeybrains strives to provide the best, fastest routing to desired content regardless of account type, location of content or Internet protocol. We do not and will not engage in any toll practices with other Internet Service Providers or Content Providers. Monkeybrains actively monitors capacity, and we upgrade our network as needed to insure that all customers have the best possible experience.
A private Internet is equivalent to freedom of speech, in our view. The ideas and opinions that shape information should be evaluated solely by their substantive value and not by any bias associated with the author of the content. In addition, access to content that is sensitive in nature should not be stifled for fear of lack of anonymity. Monkeybrains is committed to protecting our customers right to privacy and manage our network in a deidentified manner. To this end, we automatically delete logs that tie customers to their IP address. Information is briefly retained only for use in troubleshooting customer reported service issues or mitigating a network attack.
We are committed to keeping the Internet as wild as can be. And are happy we found our little place in the unbridled chaos.
