    Company seems to work by Voice Mail, and email. Left message, but I received no response.

    Call was answered only after several rings. Asking for residential service I was placed in an equally long and interminable call que. At least I was given the option to disconnect the playback of the jazz music that was playing, so I could hear my own source in a clearer way. Still, the wait-time was inexcusable.

    Voice mail answered referring me to (650) 697-3114, but that number is disconnected. Poor service.

    Vince answered phone in an indistinct manner, requiring clarification, he says he only offers business consulting service. In the end, he had no real workable recommendations for any other residential providers.

    Shopping for service on a Monday afternoon, phone rang several times without being answered. Unresponsive, I can only predict problems with this company.

    I was rolled onto voice mail after unresponsive customer service did not answer. I left message which was returned in a semi-prompt speed, wherein I was informed of the acceptable yet high premium rate for 100 mbps. I had also tried to contact technical support, and not only did no voice mail answer, but I could not contact them on a Monday afternoon.
